Illustration Friday: Wind

How about a weather vane? Even though I grew up on a farm, we never had one. But really, is anyone actually certain of the agricultural value of knowing which direction the wind is blowing anyway? Even so, I still think they're pretty neat to look at.

What a wonderful portfolio. As a fellow Pennsylvanian, I must say I'm proud that you noticed my work. Don't you wish you had more time to do this kind of thing more often. It's not often you bump into local talent! Your style is so whimsical, yet SO dimensional. Do you use Photoshop or Painter?

Great color and look to your weather vane and I like them as well. Very creative idea for the "windy" theme this week.

Thanks for the great comments! And to think I wasn't sure if I should even post this one.

Photoshop or Painter? For this one, Illustrator and Photoshop, but for my later work, mostly Painter with some Photoshop thrown in only if I need it.
